About us
Information you can consult, with no intermediation
MyClinicTrip organises publicly accessible information on the healthcare facilities listed in the official registries dedicated to international health tourism in Türkiye. Our aim is to make it easier to consult sources, official websites and ratings from external platforms.
What we do
We consult public registries of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye and present the factual data they contain in consultable profiles: official name, type of facility, district and city, and public contact details when they appear in the source.
Where possible we link the facility's official website and its Google listing, always indicating where each piece of information comes from. Every profile shows the source used and the date of the last check.
The presence of a facility on this site means one thing only: it appears in the public registry consulted. It is not a judgement of quality, nor an assessment on our part.
What we do not do
MyClinicTrip is a purely informational project. For clarity, this is what remains outside the scope of the site:
No bookings
We do not handle bookings, appointments or care pathways. The site contains no booking flow of any kind.
No contact on the user's behalf
We do not contact facilities on behalf of visitors and we do not forward requests to third parties.
No medical advice
We do not provide medical opinions, guidance or assessments. For any clinical decision, consult a healthcare professional.
No collection of health data
We do not collect health information, medical histories, photographs or other patient data. The site's forms are not designed for this kind of content.
No payment from facilities
We do not receive payments, commissions or fees from the facilities in the directory. Inclusion in the listings cannot be purchased.
How we use our sources
Every published piece of data comes from an identifiable source: the ministerial registry from which we import facilities, the facility's official website, or an external review platform. How we update the data
Updates are carried out through periodic manual reviews of the source registry. Every profile shows the date of the last check, so you can tell how recent the information you are reading is.
If a facility no longer appears in the registry consulted, it is not deleted automatically: it is flagged for review and, if the data can no longer be verified, the profile is suspended.
How external ratings are shown
Some profiles show a score with the label “Reviews from Google”, always accompanied by the number of reviews. We show the score only when the match between the facility and the Google listing has been checked manually; in all other cases the profile states that Google data is not yet linked.
How to report an error
If you notice inaccurate or outdated data, you can use the reporting function available on every profile in the Facilities list, or write to us from the Contact page, selecting the “Data correction” category. Reports are assessed case by case, against the sources.
Independence
MyClinicTrip is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, controlled or operated by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye.
MyClinicTrip is not a public body, is not a government portal and has no affiliation with Turkish or other governmental authorities. References to ministerial sources indicate solely where the data comes from.
Transparency on possible future sponsorships
Today MyClinicTrip hosts no sponsored content and receives no payment from facilities. Should we introduce sponsored placements in the future, they will always be clearly labelled and kept separate from organic results.
