How we verify

Every facility page shows which level the facility has reached and what is missing for the next one. Levels are reached only in the order shown: none can be skipped.

   Listed in the catalogue

   The facility appears in at least one public registry of a health authority consulted by MyClinicTrip, as of the date of the last check. This is neither a recommendation nor a clinical verification.

   Managed profile

   A representative has requested management of the page, confirmed an e-mail address on the official domain and been approved manually. From here the facility declares information, always dated.

   Documents reviewed

   The representative's documentation is examined by MyClinicTrip and dated.

   Enabled partner

   The facility has signed an agreement with MyClinicTrip: only then can an enquiry sent from the site be forwarded to it.

   Confirmation and payment on the site

   Dates, payment and confirmation take place on the site, preserving the accepted conditions. The pre-operative assessment and informed consent remain with the healthcare professional.

The ladder indicates what has been checked and by whom, not the quality of care.

Each level is earned through a documented verification step: presence in a public registry, an e-mail address confirmed on the official domain, documents examined, a signed agreement. No level can be purchased, accelerated or preserved with a payment.

No payment, plan, sponsorship or commercial relationship influences a facility's verification level, its presence in the directory or the order of results, whose criteria are published on the dedicated page.

We consult only public registries of health authorities. For Türkiye, the registries of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye (T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı) currently consulted are:

The presence of a facility on MyClinicTrip indicates solely that it appears in the public registry consulted as of the date of the last check.

These counts are read from the database when the page loads: they are not editorial figures and they change when the data changes.

• Today the site does not forward enquiries to facilities and does not handle reservations or payments.
• We do not produce our own scores and we do not alter those from external platforms.
• We do not sell verification levels, positions in the order of results or presence in the directory.
• We do not publish information without a declared provenance.
