These terms govern access to and use of MyClinicTrip, operated by the operator of the MyClinicTrip website, who can be contacted at myclinictrip@gmail.com. By using the site you accept the terms described on this page.Last updated: 22 July 2026

1.Purpose of the service
An independent informational directory that organises publicly accessible information on healthcare facilities listed in the official registries dedicated to international health tourism in Türkiye.
Nature of the site
MyClinicTrip is an independent informational directory. It is not a healthcare facility, a medical professional, a health tourism intermediary or a government portal. It does not provide diagnoses, medical advice, quotes, bookings or healthcare. The published information comes from publicly accessible sources and may change over time. The presence of a facility on MyClinicTrip does not constitute a recommendation, partnership, independent certification or guarantee of the quality of its services. Any relationship takes place directly between the user and the external facility.
MyClinicTrip is an independent directory and is not affiliated with, controlled or operated by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye.
2.Absence of intermediation
MyClinicTrip does not put patients and facilities in contact, does not collect treatment requests, does not handle payments, does not organise travel and does not receive payment from the facilities in the directory for their inclusion. If you decide to contact a facility, you do so on your own initiative through the public contact details provided: any relationship, including contractual or healthcare-related, takes place exclusively between you and the facility, with no involvement of MyClinicTrip.
3.Sources and nature of the information
The information on facilities comes from publicly accessible sources, in particular from the public registries of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye (T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı), cited as the source on the facility pages. The wording used is "Listed in the public registry consulted": it describes a fact observed as of the date of the check, not an assessment by MyClinicTrip. Official registries can change over time: always check the current status with the official source (https://sacekimmerkezi.saglik.gov.tr/) and directly with the facility.
4.Permitted use
The site is intended for personal, informational consultation. It is not permitted to:
- use the site for unlawful activities or in violation of third-party rights;
- interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access or circumvent security measures;
- submit false, defamatory or automated (spam) content through the forms;
- republish the site's content in a misleading way, for example as if it were an official registry or a quality assessment.
5.Intellectual property
The texts and graphic design of MyClinicTrip belong to the site operator. The names and any trademarks of the healthcare facilities mentioned belong to their respective owners and are reported exclusively for identification and informational purposes: their presence implies no relationship with MyClinicTrip. If you believe that content on the site makes unauthorised use of your trademark or other protected material, you can report it through the contact page.
6.Third-party content
Some pages show scores with the wording "Reviews from Google", reported with the relevant number of reviews. Scores come from external platforms and do not represent a medical assessment carried out by MyClinicTrip. The site also contains links to external sites (facilities' official websites, ministerial sources, Google Maps): the operator does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, which is subject to the terms and notices of their respective owners.
7.Limitations of liability
The published information is collected and updated with care, but may be incomplete or no longer current: official registries, contact details and the characteristics of facilities change over time. MyClinicTrip gives no guarantee of the completeness, accuracy or currency of the content. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the published information, nor for relationships between users and external facilities. Before any decision, check the information with the official sources and the facility concerned; for healthcare decisions see the medical disclaimer.
8.Changes to the terms
The operator may update these terms, for example in the event of changes to the site or to the law. Updated versions are published on this page with the date of the last update; use of the site after publication implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9.Applicable law
These terms are subject to the law applicable on the basis of the residence of the operator and of the user, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence.
